The Data-driven Offering Innovation team is a central group that
accelerates Intuit’s strategic use of data in customer-facing
products, through innovation and partnership with product teams across
the company. This forward-looking group is seeking a Senior Product
Manager to stimulate and drive the launch of successful, data-driven

product skills. In this role, your responsibilities will include the
following:
Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead, innovate, and define products and strategies that
capitalize on Intuit's unique data advantages, leveraging both internal
and external data sources.
• Evangelize opportunities, data assets, data-driven product concepts, and prototypes at all levels of the organization.
• Understand and synthesize customer needs from market research, analytics, and internal business partnerships.
• Design and provide requirements for new data-driven products or
product features, including products that require advanced data
techniques such as optimization, personalization, forecasting, and
inference algorithms.
• Partner and collaborate with business, product management, and
engineering teams to plan, design, build, test, and launch data-driven
products.
• Quantify and evaluate business impact of data-driven products through key metrics.
• Manage communications and expectations with internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
Qualifications:
• MBA or advanced technical degree (Statistics, Mathematics, Data Mining, Operations Research, etc.).
• 4+ years of product management experience, with solid track record of launching successful products.
• Prior experience developing, designing, or managing data-driven
applications or products (such as BI, personalization, targeting).
• Comfort in examining, querying, and manipulating data.
• Exposure to analytics, modeling, statistics, machine learning, or data mining.
• Exceptional business judgment, creativity, and leadership skills in identifying and evangelizing opportunities.
• Passion for delighting customers and driving business impact and growth.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify, articulate, and drive vision/opportunities up,
down, and across the company.
• Habit of conducting business in a candid, direct, and non-political manner.

Position Description and Responsibilities:
This is a key change agent leadership position, reporting directly to
the SVP Operations. This position will require an experienced Lean Six
Sigma leader with broad business acumen, preferably with service /
transactional industry background and experience. This position
requires a leader that is able to facilitate and drive change in a fast
paced and “ever changing” environment leveraging his/her
strong interpersonal skills. Key to success in this position is the
ability to work within the organization at all levels creating value
and buy-in as the lead change facilitator driving the entire
company’s Lean Six Sigma transformation.
* This position will be responsible for managing and
facilitating the entire company’s Lean Six Sigma (with emphasis
on Lean and Transactional in focus) initiative and strategy.

Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools.
* Partner with senior level management at the

tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
* This position will act as a key driver of change
within the business, supporting management/cross functional decisions

* Manage Lean Six Sigma reporting activities for the organization internally and to Corporate.

* BS Degree, MBA a plus
* 10-15 years professional work experience with a
minimum of 7 years management experience, with at least 4 years
experience leading and executing process improvement projects in a
dedicated Lean Six Sigma position.
* Six Sigma Master Black Belt / Black Belt Certification and/or Lean Sensei
* Formal Lean training and experience with Value
Stream Management tools, kaizen methods and other key Lean tools and
methodologies.
* Transactional Lean Six Sigma deployment leadership experience / background is a must

Manager, Business Analytics - Morristown, New Jersey
The Manager, Business Analytics structures, executes and presents key
strategic analyses in conjunction with business units. The role is
similar to that of an internal consultant, where species business units
are the clients.
Activities cover a broad range of business issues, including strategic
questions pertaining to product, marketing, program and promotion
analysis and sales effectiveness. The incumbent will work closely with
Marketing and Sales Management to understand business needs, translate
business needs into analytic requirements, develop an actionable plan,
acquire and analyze appropriate data, interpret results and present
findings and recommendations.
WORK EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
-Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree strongly preferred,
in quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or
related
-Minimum 7 years related experience with marketing analytics, financial analysis and/or sales analytics
-Superior analytic skills and ability to synthesize a large quantity of
data into actionable conclusions and recommendations. Excellent
analytic SQL skills working with large data sets are a must.
- Strong background in development and use of analytical techniques,
including: segmentation, modeling, data mining, and ROI analysis
- Power user of MS Excel, Access and other PC tools. Significant
experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Oracle,
Cognos, Tableau, Business Objects etc.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills. Experience presenting to and influencing senior level executives.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in a collaborative problem-solving environment.
