Carolinas HealthCare System is looking for a Lean Specialist/Performa
nce Enhancement Specialist for projects in our Charlotte, NC
facilities. This is a full time position with the description
listed below reporting to the CHS Performance Enhancement Center in

Responsible for management ,coordinating, and facilitating individual
facility and special performance improvement projects, working closely
with quality activities and collaborating with leaders to provide
facilitation support to achieve facility goals. Participates in
evaluation of projects, applies appropriate process mgmt techniques,
identifies and recommends enhancement for all performance center
specialists. Submits reports of projects for inclusion in database.
Bachelors degree in health care, business or process mgmt field req.
Masters degree pref. Experience with or certification in process mgmt
req. Clinical degree or certification in clinical health care field
pref. Intermediate to advanced computer skills pref. Experience with or
certification in LEAN or Six Sigma Methodology preferred.

PE Team Leader:
Performance Excellence Team Leader is responsible for assisting in the

that promote operational and strategic opportunities. The
Performance Excellence Team Leader is responsible for identifying
appropriate solutions for assigned operational areas in a timely manner
and is actively involved in process redesign, product flow analysis,
establishing standard work, and audit processes. PE Team Leader
is responsible for leading cross-functional teams and facilitating the
process to ensure project goals are met
PE Process Manager:
Performance Excellence Process Manager is responsible for successful
execution of Six Sigma and related methodology' s in the analysis,
planning, implementation and evaluation of process improvement
initiatives that promote clinical, operational and strategic vision,
value and goals. The Performance Excellence Process Manager
mentors Green Belts, monitors project progression and provides
assistance for successful project completion. Mentors and advises
Leadership team, champions and management on prioritizing, planning,
and launching Six Sigma projects. Responsible for identifying
appropriate solutions for assigned operational areas in a timely
manner. PE Process Manager is responsible for leading
cross-functional teams and facilitating to ensure project goals are met.
