responsible for the analysis of the reliability as well as the
validation of new and existing products and process designs. You will
also be responsible for the following:
• Establish and perform product qualifications and reliability test programs to determine actual performance of product
• Schedule and organize qualification and ongoing reliability testing in all three facilities
• Recommend and drive improvements to products and processes
• Prepare technical reports for internal and external customers
• Incorporate statistical techniques in test reports and design
• Facilitate customer inquiries involving product performance
• Drive root cause analysis and prepare reports on product test issues
• Come up with new “testings" as they relate to new product technologies
• Manage multiple projects at a given time and communicate status and roadblocks as required
• Interaction with customers - communicate test results and issues to the project team and customers

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Knowledge of Electronics and Electrical Components, Statistical
Techniques, Design of Experiments, SPC and basic ISO9000 framework is
required
• Knowledge of blueprints and engineering drawings is essential.
• Must be experienced in the use of Excel and Minitab (or equivalent)
• Overseas Travel required
• Must possess excellent technical writing and project management
skills with the ability to provide reports for direct customer
consumption
• Must possess basic knowledge of reliability methods and applications
• Oracle and Access experience a plus
• CRE a plus
• Experience in a reliability/quality engineering position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred
